Satellite Photos Show Haiti
is Now Tent Metropolis

I fully admit, I don't know a lot
about the humanitarian mess going on in Haiti since last
year's devastating earthquake, but it's been over a year and the
Haitian people are still living in some of the worst conditions
imaginable. This "rescue" has truly been a
disaster.
I ran across these earlier this month and thought they should be shared. Satellite photos taken days before the earthquake
and others taken recently show a massive increase in "tent
cities" where disease (some of which was brought in by the UN) runs rampant. The
before and after photos are staggering. Click each photo for a
larger view. You're missing out on the magnitude of the problem if
you just look at the previews.
