Hi everyone,
I’ve just completed work my book, Corporatocracy: An Introduction to the New American Government and the website is now up and running. Visitors can preview the text, purchase a PDF copy ($5) or buy the physical version ($10). Here is the site: CorporatocracyBook.com.
Walter Lippmann once said, “There can be no liberty for a community which lacks the means to detect lies.” My intent here is to educate in an inexpensive and concise manner. The book is designed to be an introduction to many of the common themes going on in our society right now that will likely dominate the next decade or more. Student loan debt, banking fraud, illegal wars and more are discussed with quotes and citations. I guarantee you will be shocked by how far our government has strayed from its principles.
Right now, readers can only purchase the book through the publisher (requires free account setup) or digitally in a PDF form. This is far from ideal, but additional options are forthcoming. I hope to have download options for Amazon Kindle and other e-readers in the next few days. Eventually, I hope to have the book available on Amazon.com as well.
I’ve started preliminary work on another project (or two or three), but those are some ways off. In the meantime, I’m also still writing for this site and contributing to the rapidly growing Vulgar Trader, a financial news and humor site.
Also, I want to thank my friends for their advice, editing help, and generally putting up with my sometimes mindless ramblings.
Thanks for reading,
~Sean
